Terms of use

Effective date: October 2026. These terms are between you and NullDaily LLC and cover nulldaily.com and NullDaily accounts. Each product has its own license terms, shown on its site.

1. Your account

Give a real email address you control, keep your sign-in methods safe, and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use NullDaily accounts to break the law, to harm others, to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, to send spam, or to overload or interfere with the service.

3. Linked apps

When you link an app, you allow it to receive what the consent screen lists. Apps are run by their own operators under their own terms; a verified badge confirms who runs an app, not everything it does. You can remove an app at any time.

4. Licenses

Licenses for NullDaily products are attached to your account. Their terms (seats, major versions, transfers) are set out on each product's pricing page.

5. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

6. Disclaimers

The account service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, NullDaily LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and email account holders about significant ones.
